Season

The pool season runs from the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend to the Monday of Labor Day weekend.

Pool Management

Continental Pools is managing our pool this season.

Pool Applications / Passes

Pool application forms are usually mailed to all owners by the end of March. If you haven’t received a pool pass application or if you are new to the community, you may download the application letter and application form or call or email PMP and ask to have one e-mailed to you.

All residents entering the pool area must have a valid pool pass with the current year sticker. Members must be up to date on their monthly assessments or access to the pool will be suspended until assessments are paid. All guests are required to have a guest pass and must be accompanied by a member.

Upon registration, each family will receive 2 guest passes at no charge and are valid for the current season only. Guest passes are available for purchase through the PMP office in Leesburg or at the pool in exchange for a check made payable to Carisbrooke HOA. Cash is not accepted.

Outside Pool Members

A limited number of outside pool members are accepted. To find out more, please download and read this letter to outside members and outside member application. If you have any additional questions please contact us.
