Architectural Review Committee
The Architectural Review Committee consists of three or more volunteer residents who meet monthly to review architectural applications submitted by residents. The committee carefully reviews each application to ensure that the requested changes adhere to the Guidelines. The committee also regularly reviews the HOA Guidelines to ensure the requirements are updated or revised when necessary.
Submitting an Application
An approved Architectural Application is required before any exterior modification is made to your home. Please complete and submit all architectural applications to PMP no later than the Friday before the next scheduled ARC meeting. Please refer to the Guidelines for more information.

Annual Inspections
Annual Inspections usually begin in March and last until November/December depending on the weather. Reminder letters will be sent to properties which require maintenance and/or appear to have unapproved or unacceptable exterior changes.
Please promptly comply with any issues that are brought to your attention. Types of things that we look for are: trim that has peeling paint, rotten wood, missing or damaged roof shingles, and other standard maintenance items. Generally if you see peeling paint or wood exposed, it is time to paint. Secure your contractors early as they start to book up in March as other communities are also conducting their annual inspections.
If you receive a letter about a change, please fill out an application and return it with a copy of your property plat, a description of the change and a picture, diagram or drawing. The more information you provide the better!
If you receive a letter and feel it has been sent to you in error, please advise PMP (preferably in writing) and we will investigate and respond to you. We ask all residents to keep in mind that these inspections are conducted as a means to ensure property values for all Carisbrooke homeowners. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
