Carisbrooke Homeowner's Association is a community located in Ashburn, Virginia, comprised of 88 single family homes and 160 townhomes.

Our community is located at the southern end of Ashburn Road and is bounded by Waxpool Road on the south and Shellhorn Road on the north. We're less than one mile from Dulles Greenway (Route 267), less than two miles from Verizon (former MCI and UUNET) headquarters, about 8 miles from Dulles International Airport and only a couple of miles away from the planned World Trade Center at One Loudoun.

Also located within several miles of our community is the Dulles Town Center.

Plans have been approved for a 5,500 seat Minor League Ballpark in the Kincora Mixed-Use Development to be located near the Rt 28/Rt 7 interchange.
